Remove your personal information from BloodCuff
To request deletion of your personal data from BloodCuff, please follow these simple steps:
Launch the BloodCuff application on your device
Navigate to the settings menu within the app
Tap the data deletion button to remove your information
When you request data deletion through BloodCuff, the following actions will be taken:
Blood Pressure Readings
All blood pressure measurements stored on your device will be permanently removed
Shared Data
If sharing is enabled, all information from shared reports and data will be removed
Data Retention: Once you initiate the deletion process, your data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems with no retention period.
BloodCuff offers two options for removing your information:
This option removes all your blood pressure readings and shared data but keeps your account active.
This option permanently deletes your account along with all associated data. You cannot recover your account after this action.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before proceeding.
